Welcome to Table QR Code (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Platform”). By accessing or using tableqrcode.com and related services (the “Service”), you (“you”, “customer”, or “restaurant”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Service Description

Table QR Code is a self-service SaaS platform that enables hospitality businesses to:

• Create and manage digital QR code menus

• Display menus on customers’ mobile devices

• (Optional) connect third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Iyzico)

Restaurants are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, and content of their menus and for any transactions with their guests.

2) Free Plan

The Service can be used for free under plan limits.
Our current free plan typically includes (subject to change and as shown on our Pricing page):

• 1 restaurant

• 2 menu categories

• Up to 5 items per category

• Up to 300 scans per month

We may adjust free-plan limits or features from time to time; current details are always published on the Pricing page.

3) Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid features are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly).

• Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Iyzico).

• By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

4) Refund Policy

• We offer a full refund within 15 days of the initial purchase of a new subscription.

• No refunds are provided for renewals or partially used billing periods after the 15-day window.

• To request a refund within 15 days, contact team@tableqrcode.com.

5) User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information (name, email, restaurant details)

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

• Not upload or share content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing

• Not misuse QR codes (spam/fraud), reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service

You are solely responsible for compliance with food, pricing, consumer, privacy, and other applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6) Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable and available; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Table QR Code is not liable for:

• Menu content, pricing errors, or transactions between restaurants and guests

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
  You use the Service at your own risk.

8) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update features or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users on our website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial practices unless a specific governing law/jurisdiction is stated on the website or required by law.
